Tip 1
 Relativeer! Bedenk dat niemand de beste, leukste of knapste kan zijn en jij dus ook niet. Verwacht dat dan ook niet van jezelf. dat doet een ander ook niet.

 Werk aan je zelfvertrouwen, want onzekerheid is de grootste 'jaloezievoeder'. Je bent dan misschien niet de beste, leukste of knapste ter wereld, je bent wel uniek en hebt kwaliteiten genoeg om de moeite waard te zijn.

Tip 3
 Stel jezelf de vraag: waarom ben ik jaloers? Gaat het om iets dat een ander heeft en jij niet? Bekijk dan eens wat het is dat je zou willen en hoe je datgene zou kunnen bereiken. Wees wel realistisch in het stellen van je doelen. Een mooie auto of leuke baan moet lukken, maar een maatje 34 terwijl je altijd maat 42 hebt, is misschien niet hetgeen je zou moeten nastreven. Het zou je waarschijnlijk niet eens gelukkiger maken.

Tip 4
 Accepteer en wees blij met de verschillen tussen mensen. De één is goed in sport, de ander kan goed schilderen. Als iedereen hetzelfde was, zou de wereld maar saai zijn. Dan ambieerde iedereen hetzelfde, viel iedereen op dezelfde personen en was jij niet uniek.

Tip 5
 Bedenk dat iedereen zijn onzekerheden heeft. Jij bent misschien jaloers op een vriendin met een gelukkig gezinsleven, terwijl die vriendin jouw succesvolle carrière benijdt.

Tip 6
 Draai de rollen eens om. Hoe zou jij behandelt willen worden als je degene was waar je jaloers op bent? Wees blij voor de ander, laat niet merken dat je jaloers bent.

Tip 7
 Leer van het verleden. Fouten zijn er om verbeterd te worden, dus wees niet te hard voor jezelf.

Tip 8
 Pijn in je buik, hoofdpijn en slapeloze nachten zijn signalen dat je ergens te veel mee bezig bent. Laat jaloeziegevoelens vooral niet de overhand krijgen, roep ze een halt toe door erover te praten (wegdrukken werkt averechts!).

Kun je niet bij je moeder, goede vriendin of partner terecht, denk dan eens aan professionele hulp. Een psycholoog kan je inzicht geven in de oorzaken van je jaloezie en je helpen het gevoel tegen te gaan.

Tip 9
 Een ander proberen te veranderen is zinloos en wekt alleen maar irritatie op. Begin bij jezelf en zwelg vooral niet in zelfmedelijden. Ben je ongelukkig met je huidige situatie? Wat kan er dan voor zorgen dat je wel gelukkig wordt?

Of dit nu betekent dat je een relatie moet verbreken, een andere baan moet zoeken of nog beter je best moet doen om volgende keer wel een promotie te krijgen, dat is aan jou. Als het je maar gelukkiger maakt.

Tip 10
 Als je gelukkig en zelfverzekerd bent, heb je ook geen reden om jaloers te zijn!

Pinnen word duurder

voorstel Brussel'

D66 vreest dat pinnen in winkels in Nederland duurder wordt door een voorstel van de Europese Commissie, dat een maximumtarief voor de kosten van pinnen wil instellen.

"Dat klinkt als een goed voorstel, maar is het niet", zo laat Kamerlid Wouter Koolmees weten aan NU.nl.

De partij wijst er op dat het maximumtarief dat Brussel voorstelt, 0,2 procent van het aankoopbedrag, hoger ligt dan de pinkosten die momenteel in Nederland gelden. Een winkelier betaalt nu ongeveer 5 tot 6 eurocent per transactie aan de bank en berekent deze kosten doorgaans niet door aan de consument.

Duurder

Maar D66 vreest dat dit door het voorstel van de Europese Commissie niet langer het geval zal zijn. "Het kan een legitimatie zijn voor ondernemers om het maximumtarief in rekening te gaan brengen. Dan zijn we duurder uit", zo vreest Koolmees.

De partij vindt het bovendien een slecht plan om het tarief te maximeren via een percentage. "Dan wordt het niet meer kostendekkend om kleine bedragen te pinnen, terwijl mensen op het station nog wel gewoon een broodje moeten kunnen pinnen."

De partij vreest dat door de maatregel winkeliers bij kleine betalingen dan om een extra bedrag zullen vragen, of alleen contante betalingen te accepteren. De partij stelt dan ook een vast bedrag in plaats van een percentage voor.

Voor het pinnen met een creditcard stelt de Europese Commissie een tarief van 0,3 procent voor. Voor winkeliers is het pinnen met een creditcard nu ook al duurder dan met een bankkaart, wegens de commissie die bedrijven als Mastercard en Visa vragen.

Dijsselbloem

Koolmees wil dat minister Dijsselbloem van Financiën zich er in Brussel voor inzet dat het maximumtarief voor pinnen naar beneden wordt bijgesteld. Mocht niet dit lukken, dan moet hij ervoor zorgen dat via het convenant betalingsverkeer de tarieven in Nederland niet zullen stijgen.

In de Tweede Kamer wordt donderdagochtend over betalingsverkeer gedebatteerd met Dijsselbloem.

Chances are, those sex staples have been in your arsenal since you bought your first condom. Men have long relied on standard moves like missionary because they're easy, efficient, and feel great—but as it turns out, women have quietly been cursing them the whole time.

To pinpoint the source of female frustration, we consulted with top experts to uncover why your five favorite positions just aren't cutting it—and the upgrades you must make to satisfy her sex drive. (For more red-hot sex advice, sign up for the FREE Girl Next Door newsletter.)

1. Doggy Style

Why she's not into it: Put simply, it's too painful. “The issue here is you may be ramming her cervix, which is why deep penetration is often more harmful than hot,” says Sara Gottfried, M.D., OB/GYN, author of The Hormone Cure. Plus, if you’re fully removing yourself, then re-entering her, it often hurts her chances at staying fully lubricated, Dr. Gottfried explains.

Women in our survey also said doggy's not intimate enough. Even though rough sex can be awesome if you're both into it, most women are looking for more of a connection during sex, Dr. Gottfried says. While you may have a blast admiring her assets when she's on all fours, her view of the bed isn't nearly as stimulating.

How to fix it: To prevent the bump and grind from getting painful, keep your thrusts short and shallow, rather than deep and fast. Shallow thrusts will stimulate the front third of her vagina, which is the most sensitive part, says Rebecca Rosenblat, a sex therapist and the author of Seducing Your Man.

Up the intimacy factor by running your hands through her hair, down her spine, and occasionally leaning forward to kiss and suck on her neck. And don't forget the clitoral stimulation, Dr. Gottfried advises. Just because you're focusing on her backside, doesn't mean you should neglect her most sensitive spots.

2. Woman on Top

Why she isn't into it: One word: insecurity. According to our survey, a majority of women feel more self-conscious when they're on top. Dr. Gottfried says women often worry about what their stomachs or breasts look like from where you're laying. And even though you think she looks like a rock star, even the tiniest shred of doubt can put out her fire.

How to fix it: Switch into a side-by-side position like "The Spork." Have her lie on her back, and raise her right leg. Slot yourself between her legs at a 90-degree angle and ease inside her. 3. Reverse Cowgirl

Why she's not into it: Because it's hard for her to climax like that—and not everything fits when she's riding in reverse. “Reverse cowgirl may seem sexy and adventurous, but when you actually try to enter her, things might not fit the way you think that they should,” says Jen Landa, M.D., Chief Medical Officer of BodyLogicMD and author of The Sex Drive Solution for Women. It often boils down to the curvature of your penis not coinciding with the angle of her vagina, Dr. Landa says. Realistically, any time you bend your penis too far at the base, it’s not only uncomfortable for her, it becomes dangerous for you. In other words, you can break your junk.

How to fix it: If you’re in it for the view, switch to doggy (with our upgrades, of course). The fit's more practical, and you can help her reach orgasm, says Dr. Landa.

But if you still want the naughtiness factor, put the doggy to bed. Do this: Stand up, have her bend forward, place her hands on a stable mirror, then enter her from behind. You'll still be able to manually stimulate her, but now you can both use the mirror to your advantage.

4. Missionary

Why she's not into it: It doesn't hit the right spots. "And if you're on the smaller end of the spectrum, this position doesn't really accentuate your size," Dr. Landa says.

How to fix it: Try using the Coital Alignment Technique (CAT)—just don't call it that in bed. The position is similar to missionary, except your body is farther up and to one side. (So rather than being chest to chest, your chest is near her shoulders.) Have her bend her legs about 45 degrees to tilt her hips up, which causes the base of your shaft to maintain constant contact with her clitoris.

Even though the name is a mouthful, the move is proven to work: Women who were unable to climax in regular missionary were 56 percent more likely to climax using CAT, according to a study from the Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy.

5. 69

Why she's not into it: She's, well, preoccupied. According to our survey results, women say it's too difficult to focus on receiving pleasure when they have to concentrate on giving it. And pleasure and reaching climax is heavily determined by her mental state, Dr. Landa says. So it becomes difficult to relax and enjoy your oral skills if she's trying to take care of your needs at the same time.

How to fix it: If you want her to get the most out of oral, you're better off taking turns giving and receiving. Many women claim 69 feels anonymous to them, because they want their partner to be able to look them in the eyes and feel a connection, says Gottfried. In het recent gepubliceerde boek 'Why Is The Penis Shaped Like That?: And Other Reflections on Being Human' van auteur Jesse Bering wordt de stelling ondersteund dat vrouwen die regelmatig onveilige seks hebben minder depressief en intelligenter zijn. Bij onveilige seks wordt bijvoorbeeld geen condoom gebruikt en kan het sperma zijn gang gaan.

Stoffen die humeur verbeteren
Sperma bevat naast angstverminderende elementen ook nog andere stoffen die het humeur verbeteren: cortisol verhoogt de genegenheid, estron verbetert het humeur, prolactine is een natuurlijk antidepressivum, melatonine bevordert de slaap en serotonine is het bekendste antidepressivum.

Op basis van deze onvolledige lijst van ingrediënten komen wetenschappers tot de hypothese dat vrouwen die onveilige seks hebben minder depressief zijn dan anderen.

Een onderzoek onder 293 universiteitsstudentes ondersteunt die hypothese: vrouwen die zonder condoom vrijen neigen minder naar depressie dan zowel vrouwen die vrijen met condoom als vrouwen die geen seks hebben.

Keerzijde
Het vrouwelijk lichaam maakt bovendien onderscheid tussen het zaad van een vaste partner en dat van andere mannen. Dat zorgt voor het minder aangename neveneffect dat vrouwen die regelmatig onveilige seks hebben met hun partner dieper in een depressie zakken wanneer die relatie tot een einde komt.

Ander onderzoek toont aan dat vrouwen die blootgesteld worden aan sperma beter presteren op kennistests en een hoger concentratievermogen hebben.

New day, new week, new challenges...

Morgen weer een dag, weer een week vol uitdagingen.
Morgen mijn derde week werken.  Als ik deze week weer namelijk wat sales binnen kan slepen dan kan ik eindelijk eind deze maand wat schulden en rekeningen afbetalen.
Belangrijkste voor mij is dat ik mijn kind te eten geef no matter what.
Vandaag een inspirerende training gehad van een een aantal RVP's uit Canada, Engeland en Nederland. Ongelooflijk weer. Zo een motiverende dag voor mij. Weer laat acn mij zien wat het met mij kan doen. De tijd die ik vrij kan maken voor mij zoontje..
Een mooie trotse dag om niet te vergeten. Mensen gepromoveerd naar ETT, ETL, TC, RD en zelfs rvp..
Inspirerend is nog zacht uitgedrukt. Heb veel geleerd vandaag vooral het gedeelte over doorzettingsvermogen. Ik blijf doorgaan, met deze business NO MATTER..

Finally....using internet again...!!!

Daim, ik heb thuis even geen internet meer en nu even wifi geleend bij mijn lieve vriendin thuis.

Ik kreeg berichten binnen als een gek. Nja daarom post ik nu ook weer.
Afgelopen zondag wilde ik naar Rotterdam toe gaan met me vriendin en werd ik aangehouden door de politie. Bleek dus dat ik langs een niet doorgetrokken streep reed (wat dus zo versleten was) en dat het dus een wel doorgetrokken streep was. Daar kreeg ik dus een boete voor. Dus de agent komt nog naar me toe en zegt, meneer wij hebben namelijk een melding van u dat u in 2011 2 boetes heeft openstaan en dat we u mee moeten nemen voor 2 weken als u dit niet kunt betalen. Ik werd dus even gek en gefrustreerd want ik heb sinds pas een nieuwe baan naast ACN en als ik er niet werk word ik en ontslagen en ik verdien geen geld. Dus na uitleg zei hij dat ik minimaal 1 boete moest betalen als ik weg wilde. Gelukkig wilde de opa van m'n vriendin dit voor me voorschieten anders zou ik 2 weken ff gaan zitten in de bak. Dus vanaf maandag startte ik in de buitendienst met het bedrijf waar ik werk en ik startte dus met business2business. De zakelijke markt op gaan en informatie vragen over hun huidige contracten. Leuk, makkelijk en echt heel simpel werk vind ik dit zelf.
En het belangrijkste vind ik dat ik mijn baan echt leuk vind en er uiteraard goed mee verdien.
Heb echt de gekste dingen meegemaakt zoals mensen die mijn telefoonnummer wilden.
Voor waarschijnlijk andere dingen dan werk. Natuurlijk heb ik dat niet gegeven, omdat ik gewoon professioneel wil blijven. Gister dus een hele positieve dag gehad en vandaag weer precies hetzelfde.
Ik heb het zeer naar mijn zin gehad vandaag en lekker goed gescoord.
Ik merk gewoon dat als je gaat werken met een negatieve mindset, dat je namelijk niet goed je dag door zal komen. Daarom word ik elke dag wakker en probeer gelijk al mijn hersens actief te maken door te tellen in de douche hoeveel ik heen en weer ga tijdens het poetsen, de tegels tellen in de badkamer etc.
Dit zijn gekke technieken maar je activeert je hersens ermee en zo ben je de dag door wat scherper dan normaal. Al met al heb ik een zeer productieve dag gehad en ga ervoor zorgen dat ik goed verdien binnen het bedrijf zodat ik een account manager kan worden.

Mexican vigilantes seize new town from drug cartel

Nueva Italia (Mexico) (AFP) - Vigilantes seized a drug cartel's bastion in western Mexico on Sunday, sparking a shootout as the civilian militia gained new ground in their struggle against the gang in a violence-plagued region.

Hundreds of armed civilians riding in more than 100 pickup trucks rolled into the Michoacan state town of Nueva Italia and were met by gunfire from presumed Knights Templar cartel members when they reached the municipal office.

"They shot at us from two locations and the clash lasted around an hour and a half," Jaime Ortiz, a 47-year-old farmer and vigilante leader from the town of La Ruana, told AFP.

Two members of the self-defense unit were wounded, he said, standing in the 40,000-population town's main square, surrounded by hundreds of men armed with AK-47 assault rifles, bulletproof vests and radios.

Some sidewalks were soaked in blood in the town's empty streets.

Later, on a highway leading to the town, authorities found two men hanging from a bridge, though it was not immediately known if the killings were related to the vigilantes' advance. Mexican cartels have hanged many victims in recent years.

The militias have now surrounded Apatzingan, a city of 123,000 people considered the main Templar stronghold in Michoacan's lime- and avocado-growing region known as Tierra Caliente, or Hot Country.

Vigilante leaders say Apatzingan is a key target because of its importance to the cartel and because it is a vital trade hub for their limes, avocados and mangos.

In October, hundreds of self-defense militia members marched into Apatzingan unarmed and fled after being welcomed with gun shots in the main square.

"It is very close. We want to seize it but we don't have a date yet. It will be in the next few days," said Hipolito Mora, a prominent vigilante leader from the town of La Ruana.

In Nueva Italia, the streets were empty, restaurants and shops closed their doors and residents shut their windows after the vigilante incursion.

Michoacan's growing civilian militia movement, which first emerged nearly a year ago, has seized more communities in recent weeks in its bid to rout the Templars.

The turmoil in Michoacan has become the biggest security challenge of President Enrique Pena Nieto's 13-month-old administration, which inherited a drug war that has killed more than 77,000 people in the past seven years.

Pena Nieto deployed thousands of troops and federal police to the state in May, but the reinforcements have failed to contain the violence.

Interior Minister Miguel Osorio Chong has said the self-defense units are illegal. Yet some critics charge the government is protecting them.

The vigilantes met with the mayor and residents to explain their strategy against organized crime.

"At first we supported the Templars because we believed that they were protecting Michoacan," said a mother of two who attended the meeting and requested anonymity.

"But now the economy is very weak, they don't let us work and they charge protection money," she said.

Towns began to form vigilante forces in February 2012, saying they were fed up with the local police's inability or unwillingness to stop the cartel's murders, kidnappings and extortion rackets.

But some see the self-defense forces with suspicion.

Opponents of the vigilantes have burned trucks and buses in the past week to protest the militias' incursions in the region. The vigilantes say the protesters are coerced or paid by the Templars.

Michoacan Governor Fausto Vallejo said new "coordinated actions" with the federal government would be announced on Monday to deal with the unrest.

Critics say Michoacan has become a "failed state," with local authorities powerless to control the situation.

"What we are observing is the absence of the state, the absence of governability," the head of the National Human Rights Commission, Raul Plascencia, told El Universal newspaper.

De strijd tussen opstandelingen en al-Qaedastrijders in Syrië heeft in negen dagen tijd al aan bijna zevenhonderd mensen het leven gekost.

Dat heeft het Syrische Observatorium voor de Mensenrechten zondag gemeld.
In totaal kwamen er 697 mensen om, waarvan 246 al-Qaedastrijders en 351 opstandelingen. De overige honderd waren gewone burgers.
De al-Qaedastrijders hebben hun eigen territorium afgebakend en houden op die plekken hun eigen wetten er op na. De strijders gebruiken geweld om anderen te overtuigen van hun eigen interpretatie van de wet.
De twee verschillende groepen waren tot 6 januari nog bondgenoten. Sinds die vrijdag heeft het geweld zich in rap tempo verspreid door het land.
Over iets meer dan twee weken staat een internationale vredesconferentie gepland waar moet worden gepoogd een einde aan de burgeroorlog te maken.

Vredesoverleg

De alliantie van westerse landen en Arabische Golfstaten heeft de nationale Syrische oppositie zondag nadrukkelijk verzocht naar het vredesoverleg over Syrië te komen, dat later deze maand in Zwitserland begint.
De conferentie is volgens de alliantie de enige manier om tot een politieke oplossing te komen voor het door een burgeroorlog verscheurde land. ''Er is geen andere politieke oplossing'', zei de Franse minister van Buitenlandse Zaken Laurent Fabius zondag namens de 'Vrienden van Syrië'.
De oppositie is echter hopeloos verdeeld door interne conflicten.
Sinds het begin van de opstand tegen het Syrische regime in maart 2011 zijn er meer dan 130.000 mensen omgekomen.

Assad

De Syrische president Bashar al-Assad is zondag voor het eerst in drie maanden weer in het openbaar verschenen. Hij bracht een bezoek aan de al-Hamadmoskee in de hoofdstad Damascus ter gelegenheid van een islamitisch feest waarop de geboortedag van de profeet Mohammed wordt gevierd en herdacht.
Op de Syrische staatstelevisie was te zien dat Assad werd vergezeld door grootmoefti Ahmad Badreddin Hassoun van Syrië, de hoogste religieuze leider van het land, premier Wael Nader Al-Halqi en parlementsvoorzitter Mohammad Jihad al-Laham.

'Vijanden van god'

Het Syrische volk beschouwt Assad als de enige persoon die het bloedvergieten kan stoppen en het land weer kan opbouwen, zei minister Mohamed Abdel Satar van Religieuze Zaken tijdens de ceremonie. De bewindsman was blij dat de opstandelingen, ''de vijanden van God'', onderling slaags zijn geraakt. Verder sprak hij nog over de naderende internationale vredesconferentie.
''Ook al komen alle landen ter wereld samen in Genève of elders, er gebeurt niets wat het Syrische volk niet wil.''
Aan het eind van de ceremonie begroette Assad de aanwezigen voordat hij de moskee verliet.

Sydney (AFP) - Trains and trams in cities around the world were awash with bare legs and briefs on Sunday as pranksters travelled trouserless for the 13th annual "No Pants Subway Ride".

Twelve years ago only seven people took part in the inaugural event but now thousands
 in major capital cities around the globe participate in what organisers
call a "celebration of silliness".

The premise is simple: participants convene on a given transport route on a designated

 day every year without trousers on, and ride the rails (or road) for shock value

and laughs.

Underpants must be worn and, although flashy designs are allowed, organisers

prefer those involved to look -- at least from the waist-up -- as though they are going

about their

daily lives, to increase the impact on bystanders.

Uniforms and business suits are encouraged to amplify the lower-half effect as are props

Participants are also forbidden from speaking to one another and are instructed to bring "any activity you might normally perform on the train: newspaper, book, sewing kit."

"If questioned, you do not know any of the other pant-less riders. Tell folks that you 'forgot to wear pants'," organisers told participants ahead of the Sydney ride.

"Insist that it is a coincidence that others also forgot their trousers. Be nice, friendly and remain calm."

In Sydney, a small but dedicated group dropped their trousers on the city circle loop train, packed with bemused weekend sightseers on a busy summer's day, then switched routes for a return trip to Bondi.

On a busy Hong Kong subway train around 40 people, including Australian Bess Hepworth and her 18-month-old son, joined in the fun.

"It's the first time he will be publicly taking off his pants, although he does it regularly already," the 37-year-old said.

In Beijing a handful of trouserless people took to the Chinese capital's fast-growing subway, drawing confused glances from onlookers.

"I want to show that (Chinese people) are internationalised now," said 22-year-old Huang Li, wearing blue underwear decorated with dots. "People say I'm a psycho," she added.

Improv Everywhere expects some 4,000 participants in this year's New York event, with more than 60 other cities taking part including Paris and London.
